Job Summary
As the Finance Manager at Teleperformance SA, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Your role includes budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flow, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. You will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, preparing financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Policies and Internal Controls: Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, credit, and investment activities to optimize liquidity and maximize returns.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee ongoing financial planning activities.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience within the BPO Industry (Essential)
