We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Male Waiter to join our front-of-house team. As a key member of our service staff, you will ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and warmly, and assist with seating as needed
Present menus, explain specials, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct orders and timely delivery
Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
Uphold all hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards
Qualifications
Previous experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Team player with a proactive, can-do approach
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
