* Job Title: Fast Food Store Manager
* Location: Isipingo, KwaZulu-Natal

* Salary/Remuneration: Market-related / based on industry standards and specific store requirements; negotiable depending on the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure peak efficiency, especially during high-volume lunch and dinner rushes.
* Point of Sale (POS) Management: Act as the super-user for the MICROS POSsystem, overseeing cash management, daily cash-ups, voids, and end-of-day financial reporting.
* Staff Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise floor staff, cashiers, and kitchen teams while maintaining high morale.
* Financial & Stock Control: Monitor food costs, manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, minimize wastage, and drive store profitability.
* Quality & Hygiene Standards: Enforce strict health, safety, and food hygiene regulations across all food preparation and customer areas.
* Customer Relations: Maintain an excellent customer service standard and resolve complaints swiftly under pressure.
Job Requirements
* Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven managerial experience specifically within the fast food / QSR industry.
* Technical Skills: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with the MICROS POS system is non-negotiable.
* Stress Tolerance: Exceptional ability to work and lead a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* Location & Logistics: Must reside in or have reliable daily transport to the Isipingoarea, with the flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Education: National Senior Certificate (Matric) required; a hospitality or business management diploma is an added advantage.
Pay: R6 500,00 - R8 000,00 per month
