Our client in the engineering sector requires a very skilled Technical Administrator with intermediate Excel skills and excellent data capturing and processing experience to join their team
Requirements:
- Matric
- Qualification (Office Administration, Excel
- Excel - Intermediate (Non negotiable, assessments would be conducted)(must be able to do a minimum of Formula’s and Creating of own Pivot Tables).
- Technical data capturing
- Excellent processing of figures experience
- Must be proficient in office Administration
- Attention to detail a must
- Reliable Transport
DUTIES:
- Ensure all technical requirements are monitored and achieved for reporting purposes.
- Compile and keep timeous and proper records of all technical data.
- Maintaining and upholding the integrity, quality and standards of our reports and the
- company itself.
- Produce Reports, including monthly reports, such as consolidated tyre reports, Quarterly and Year to Date Reports, for tyres changed/ surveyed/ supplied/ scrapped.
- Site studies and costing reports produced when required.
- Report any situation that is unsafe or unhealthy.
- Capture Change slips, Survey Sheets and
- Scrap documents on full tracking accounts, using an in-house tyre management program and/or other reporting systems.
- Capturing various Invoices onto databases and produce financial reports.
