Lead the Visual Identity of a Fast-Growing Brand in the Construction & Outdoor Living Space
We’re looking for a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and design that drives real impact.
At Timmdek, design is more than aesthetics — it’s how we communicate innovation, quality, and trust. In this role, you will take ownership of our visual identity and help shape how the world sees our brand across digital, print, and on-site platforms.
You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to create bold, consistent, and high-performing design work that strengthens our presence in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-quality visual content aligned with Timmdek’s brand vision and business goals
- Help shape and refine brand strategy through strong visual storytelling and positioning
- Design and oversee production of brochures, flyers, spec sheets, presentations, email marketing assets, social media content, and large-format materials
- Ensure all creative outputs meet a consistently high standard of design quality, clarity, and effectiveness
- Develop visually compelling campaign assets that elevate brand perception and engagement
- Create high-impact product mock-ups, application visuals, and before-and-after transformations
- Translate technical product information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content
- Develop design concepts that showcase real-world applications and inspire customer interest
- Ensure strict consistency in typography, colour usage, tone, and messaging
- Identify opportunities to modernise and strengthen the brand’s visual identity
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate strategy into powerful creative execution
- Participate in campaign development, content planning, and creative strategy discussions
- Align design output with business objectives and performance goals
- Manage and organise a structured digital asset library (design files, photography, templates, brand resources)
- Maintain efficient workflow systems, version control, and design organisation standards
- Continuously test and improve creative output based on results
What We're Looking For ;
- 3+ years’ experience in graphic design (agency or in-house brand experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and marketing materials
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of projects
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across departments
- Experience with campaign design, social media content, and brand development
- Bonus: motion graphics, video editing, or 3D rendering skills
