We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Front Office team at one of our Cape Town Hotels and asist the team with elevating our hospitality standards.
Your Role:

Assist in managing and supervising Front Office activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.

Support the creation of a positive and productive work environment for your team, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.

Help implement and uphold high standards of guest service and satisfaction, aligned with ONOMO’s brand ethos.

Contribute to managing departmental budgets and optimizing revenue opportunities.

Assist in training and developing team members to maintain ONOMO’s service standards and achieve operational excellence.

Manager the Front Office team in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Requirements:

Proven experience (2-5 years) in a hotel environment, preferably as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.

Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.

Ability to work under pressure and resolve guest issues effectively and efficiently.

Proficiency in Opera (PMS) is essential.

Ability to assist in managing financial aspects and budgeting within the Front Office department.
