Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, manage schedules, and provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone lines, email inboxes, and general correspondence
- Greet visitors and coordinate meeting room schedules
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with onboarding, records management, and basic HR/admin tasks
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative requests as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation
- High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent office training preferred
