Role Overview:
As a Groups & Incentives Travel Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing and managing tailored itineraries for leisure groups and incentives. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to create unforgettable experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Itinerary Design: Develop creative and customized itineraries for leisure groups, with a focus on incentive travel.

Reservations Management: Oversee the entire reservations process, from initial quote to finalizing bookings, including invoicing and travel documentation.

Client Interaction: Maintain proactive communication with colleagues, agents, guests, and suppliers, ensuring all requirements and expectations are met.

Product Promotion: Actively sell products and services to enhance guest experiences and meet their needs.

Travel and Inspections: Occasionally travel with groups or conduct site inspections with agents and guests.

Value Adherence: Uphold the company’s core values of caring for people, land, and wildlife.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in touring groups with a specific focus on incentive travel.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of Tourplan or a similar booking system; extensive geographical and logistical knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya.

Additional Experience: Familiarity with Namibia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique is advantageous.

Education: A relevant qualification or diploma in tourism or a related field is preferred.
