Job Purpose:
Dents Electrical is on the lookout for a Junior Debtors Clerk who will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, reconciliation of customer accounts and costings of completed jobs.
Key Duties:
· Verify invoice details before submission to customers
· Capture and process customer invoices accurately and timeously
· Reconcile debtor accounts regularly
· Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
· Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
· Responsible for Key Accounts
· Request order numbers
· Following up on outstanding payments and job cards not handed in by Staff
· Costings for work completed
· Admin related work
Requirements:
· Matric Certificate
· Previous experience in similar role
· Basic understanding of accounting principles
· Sage Pastel experience/knowledge would be advantageous

Pay: R10 000,00 - R11 500,00 per month
