Description
Franchise dealership is in search of a strong Workshop Foreman to delegate and manage workload in the workshop. Your function is to lead a team of technical staff members to achieve targets while maintaining fantastic customer service fix right first time scoring.
Requirements
- Master Tech status preferred
- Diagnostic Technician status is a must. Trade test passenger vehicles.
- Previous working experience as Workshop Foreman in a large workshop of at least 3 years.
- Specific brand experience required
- Workshop administrative experience relating to audits and communications.
- Strong leadership and workshop workload management experience.
