**URGENT**IMMEDIATE START** We are seeking seeking a Butler/ Restaurant Manager to lead our clients Aviation Private Company based in Kempton Park ( Drivers licence and Own Car is Essential )
Responsibiltites and Requirements
- Ensure guests' identification to ensure that they are appropriately directed.
- Ensure that all guests are greeted with a warm, company welcome.
- Ensure each guest feels at home and comfortable.
- Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Clean tables or counters after guests have finished dining or have had snacks.
- Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for guests, and chill bottles of wine.
- Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Serve food and beverages to guests and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
- Be able to effectively communicate all guests’ requests to other departments such as the kitchen.
- Assist with boarding and arrivals procedures.
- Be capable and consistent in conducting quality checks for guests’ areas such as the lounge, crew room, day rooms and meeting rooms. This may include the making of beds and tidying up of public areas.
- Ensure that the facility is clean at all times.
- Assist with ad hoc projects / tasks as and when the need arises, ie, reception and switchboard.

- This role will require varied working hours
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years operational experience
- Aviation or hospitality operations experience will be advantageous.
