The Role
We are looking for a confident, target-driven Dutch-speaking Outbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, promote products/services, and close sales while delivering a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
- Present and sell products/services to Dutch-speaking customers
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
- Accurately capture customer information in the CRM system
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Previous outbound sales / call center experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Resilient, motivated, and target-driven
- Basic computer literacy and CRM experience
