Vodacom Umhlanga is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operations within the office. - Provide sound support to the administrative & finance team,
- Daily Reporting with accuracy and attention to detail,
- Managing the telephones.
- Provide timely support to inquiries (in person, over the telephone & via email)
- Be able to work under pressure with given time constraints
- Versatile and flexible to work within a dynamic environment,
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Affectively manage calendars and emails ·
- To support and help maintain various planning & monitoring tools,
- Co-ordinate and produce necessary support materials to ensure a good flow of communication within the team
Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent Reporting skills - analytical reasoning, problem solving
- Good Organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Excel – capturing important data, pivots, use of formulae
- Excellent Microsoft office knowledge
- Ability to exercise mature judgment & initiative
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Drivers License (advantageous)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From R5 000,00 per month
