SYSTEMS ENGINEER
- Rare opportunity to own the entire engineering layer of a People function — greenfield build, not ticket execution. You will design and ship real systems that eliminate meaningful operational work.
- Startup with fast progression: once People systems are built, this person could be redeployed to automate Finance, Compliance, or other business units — genuine breadth of scope.
- Longer-term possibility of building a unified internal People platform from scratch —company-wide infrastructure project.

We're looking for a skilled Engineer to own and automate our People tech stack, from integrations to internal tools.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage and improve our HRIS, performance platforms, ATS, and payroll systems
- Build automations and workflows to reduce manual work
- Develop data pipelines for People analytics
- Create internal tools for self-service and automation
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of engineering experience, ideally in tech or fintech
- Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript/Node)
- Experience with SaaS API integrations and data pipelines
- Proven ability to ship automations and internal tooling
- Independent, communicative, and detail-oriented
Nice to have:
- Experience with HR platforms (BambooHR, HiBob, Workday)
- Familiarity with workflow tools (Zapier, Make) and BI tools (Looker, BigQuery)
