Genesis Medical Scheme requires a strong team player, who will be responsible for processing claims, ensuring that the scheme rules and benefits have been applied, and process claims applying stipulated tariff of fees.
- A good understanding of claims assessing within the Medical Scheme environment
- Outstanding knowledge of tariff codes, medicines and medical terminology
- Basic MS Office (Word & Excel) experience/skills
- Ability to apply logic with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Produce reports/statistics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
