Your Mission
You’ll be the face of our bakery bringing energy, excitement, and results to the floor:
Promote and upsell our delicious bakery range
Build strong relationships with customers
Keep displays fresh, attractive, and sales-driven
Support in-store promotions and campaigns
Represent SPAR with professionalism, passion, and pride
Who You Are
You’re not just a salesperson you’re a people person, go-getter, and closer.
Matric (Grade 12) – essential
1–2 years’ sales or customer service experience (retail/FMCG is a bonus)
Confident, energetic, and target-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
Based in or near Verulam (advantageous)
