We’re a premier provider of talent acquisition and recruitment consulting services to the healthcare and telehealth industry. We’re scaling our sales organization and seeking an Outbound Sales Executive to help us continue to identify and attract more clients for our suite of services. This person will help us raise the tent on what we’re building at Beacon while becoming a meaningful contributor to our growth in both revenue and market share.
Develop an understanding of our mission, vision, value proposition, and ideal customer.
Build lists of companies and decision makers at those companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
Conduct targeted outreach to key decision makers (50+ calls per day, 50+ targeted outbound emails per day)
Leverage social media to identify and engage decision makers
Use our CRM to track, record, and maintain accuracy of our sales pipeline.
Maintain relationships with qualified prospects.
Participate in discovery meetings with our Head of Sales.
Partner with our sales team to drive towards our quarterly revenue targets.
Test and provide feedback on different positioning and messaging.
