A new Harvey World Travel franchise opening in Rosebank is currently seeking an experienced Amadeus Travel Consultant to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Amadeus is a must
- Previous travel agency or ticketing experience
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel bookings
- Ability to issue tickets, reissues, amendments and refunds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with travel bookings and itineraries
- Flight reservations and ticketing
- Handling amendments, cancellations and refunds
- Providing travel quotations and recommendations
- Delivering professional and efficient customer service
