Role Summary:
The Events Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing a range of exclusive events that reflect the brand’s luxurious image. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury event management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Strategy:
o
Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning and business objectives.
o
Plan and manage a variety of events, including private dinners, brand launches, VIP receptions, and promotional events.
Budget Management:
o
Develop event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage expenses to ensure all events are cost-effective while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
o
Provide detailed financial reports and track event performance against budgets.
Vendor & Venue Management:
o
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure the highest quality of service.
o
Oversee the selection and management of event venues, ensuring they reflect the luxury brand image.
Event Promotion:
o
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to promote events across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and print media.
o
Ensure all promotional materials and communications align with the brand’s luxury standards.
Guest Experience Management:
o
Design and deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring all aspects of the event—from invitation to execution—exude luxury and exclusivity.
o
Manage guest lists, VIPs, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience.
On-Site Event Management:
o
Lead and oversee all on-site event activities, including setup, coordination, and breakdown, to ensure events run smoothly and according to plan.
o
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events, ensuring they are resolved efficiently without compromising the guest experience.
Post-Event Analysis:
o
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
o
Provide detailed reports and insights to the Marketing Manager and senior management.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
o
Lead and mentor the events team, ensuring a collaborative and creative working environment.
o
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful execution of events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
o
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
o
5+ years of experience in event management, preferably within the luxury, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle sectors.
o
Proven track record of planning and executing successful luxury events.
Skills:
o
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
