Kumon Education SA is part of the international Kumon group which offers individualized after-school study programs designed to help children of all ages and abilities to fulfil their potential in Math's and English. (This position requires local travel and the ability to operate in hybrid working environment)
General Requirements
- Professional manner
- Enthusiasm for learning and development
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience and or working knowledge within education and a practical understanding of franchise business would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong ability in Math and English is essential.
- Good presentation and training skills.
- Computer literate on MS Office
- Communication skills.
- Training and facilitation skills.
- Good business acumen
- Own car (Requirement as travel for this job is part of KPI - Associates will be reimbursed fuel)
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Education / Psychology / Business Management
- National Senior Certificate
Experience
- Business Development/Management would be advantageous
