Temporary Position Available: Personal / Admin Assistant (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal / Administrative Assistant to join our waterproofing and painting company on a temporary 6-month contract (based in Durbanville).
Contract Period:
Start: 1 July 2026
End: Approximately 18 December 2026
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will support daily administrative operations and assist with general office and personal assistant duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks
- Answering calls and managing correspondence
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs
- Assisting with quotations, and filing
- Liaising with clients, team members & suppliers
- Providing personal assistant support where required
- Assisting in managing company vehicles
Remuneration:
R8,000 per month (net income)
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate (email, spreadsheets, basic admin systems)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Previous admin/PA experience will be an advantage
- Own Transport and valid Drivers License
