How You’ll Contribute:
- The HRBP role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization design and talent strategy. The HRBP supports the Leadership team to evolve the operating model as a subject matter expert.
- Lead and support the continued evolution of the operating model and three year strategic growth plans through organizational design, planning and execution.
- Coach and work with the leadership team on workforce needs and talent plans to identify sources of talent, mobility opportunities and talent development opportunities. Bring experience and expertise to help the leadership team make decisions about succession planning, leadership development and moving talent around the organization.
- Develop related programs or project plans, leverage change management principles and communication strategies to support the execution of any organizational change.
- Measure success of the HR plans, and identify ways to improve the current methods, processes and thinking.
- Drive organizational effectiveness (culture, collaboration, communication etc) in acquisitions, integrations, and re-organizations through the provision of thought leadership and insightful data in order to guide decision making and deliver proactive solutions.
- Lead in partnership with key leaders, the planning and delivery of the change management components of high visibility projects and programs through effective review and analysis of critical data.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
- Design and implement HR best practices in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Reward, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations etc.
- Partner and consult with line management and associates on day to day HR guidance.
- Identify training needs for teams and implement relevant training programs.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and associates to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
What You’ll Bring:
- Relevant HR qualification
- 3 to 5 + years of HR Consulting experience as an HRBP role in a fast paced environment
- Experience in learning and development as part of HRBP function is highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organizational design and change management experience
- A team player capable of working within a collaborative and fast paced environment
- Action oriented; demonstrating strong planning, organizing, prioritization and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work extended hours as and when required
- Ability to work under pressure within a tight timeframe
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
