Minimum Requirements:
5 or more years of experience as a Product Owner/ Manager with a proven track record in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Thorough understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
Successfully managed front-end and operational aspects of digital products.
Previous experience with e-commerce projects.
Proven experience with B2C platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop a clear product strategy aligned with business goals and product launches.
Create a roadmap prioritizing key features and updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and wholesalers to align product development.
User Experience (UX) Design:
Collaborate on creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
Agile Product Management:
Implement agile methodologies for flexibility and responsiveness.
Feature Development and Prioritization:
Break down requirements into user stories and prioritize feature development.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish KPIs and utilize analytics to track platform success.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure high standards of functionality and reliability through rigorous testing.
Feedback Management and Continuous Improvement:
Collect and analyze feedback for iterative enhancements.
