About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their digital transformation team and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the business.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with large datasets, and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. You will be responsible for analysing and designing solutions that support business intelligence, reporting, financial modelling, and operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse and design solutions for digital transformation initiatives.

Engage with stakeholders to understand current business processes, systems, reporting structures, and future-state requirements.

Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements using established business analysis methodologies.

Define, document, and present solution recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers, Modellers, and BI teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

Design and implement reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.

Develop financial and operational models that support strategic decision-making.

Perform detailed process and data analysis to understand how information flows across systems and reporting environments.

Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Assist in identifying risks and challenges related to solution implementation.

Translate business and system requirements into functional specifications for development teams.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure successful delivery against business objectives.

Provide expert guidance on improving data quality, reporting effectiveness, and overall business intelligence capabilities.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related field.

Strong experience working with large data sets and data-driven solutions.

Experience working with financial systems and financial system integrations.

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Proven ability to analyse, interpret, and utilise complex business and financial information.

Experience supporting reporting, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives.
