To ensure smooth coordination and administration of the employee relations section.
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
- HR Certificate
- 1-2 years experience in administration or labour relations, preferably in an HR environment
- Computer literacy (Ms office suite)
- Valid driver's licence with ability to pass RWK 53
- Desired Education: National Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Labour Relations or HRM or an equivalent NQF Levels 6 will be an added advantage
- Be the first point of contact for all departmental ER queries
- Assist HR specialist and Head of the HR with all ER related queries that may arise from various departments
- Ensure that all ER cases are timelessly captured on the ER record
- Administration of compliance process
- Assist HR projects as and when required
- Administrative and coordination flair
- Assist in coordination of ER training programs
- Assist in coordination of disciplinary hearings, grievances hearings and JPS meetings
- Management of Employee Relations documents
- Provide centralised workflow and administrative support.
- Good understanding of employee relations
- Good understanding of regulations that impacts on employee relations (LRA, EEA, BCEA)
- Sound knowledge of Rand Waters’ business
