About Us
Cyber Fix is a well-established IT services and computer repair company on the KZN South Coast. We support a range of business clients including schools, professional firms, hospitality businesses, and retailers across the Port Edward to Hibberdene corridor. The Role
We're looking for a skilled, self-motivated Field IT Support Technician to join our team. Windows and Microsoft 365 support and administration
Workshop repairs when not on callout (hardware diagnostics, screen replacements, OS reinstalls, data recovery)
Logging jobs and updating clients on progress professionally and promptly
Representing Cyber Fix professionally at all client sites
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience (not call centre — real bench and field work)
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365)
Solid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
Hardware repair experience — laptops, desktops, printers
Excellent communication and client-facing manner — you will be the face of the business on site
Ability to work independently and manage your own time in the field
Valid South African driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (essential — vehicle allowance provided)
Honest, reliable, and punctual — non-negotiable
Advantageous (not required):
CompTIA A+ or N+ certification
Experience with POS systems, surveillance/CCTV, or school IT environments
Familiarity with remote monitoring or ticketing tools
Its a requirement for you to have your own vehicle.

Stable, long-term employment with a company that has been on the South Coast since 2015
