Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
- 5 years' experience in a management role within a production facility.
- Valid RSA driver's licence with own transport.
- Knowledge and experience in animal feed industry will be favourable.
- Knowledge regarding ISO standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operations of producing feed products whilst meeting quality and customer requirements.
- Review product quality and modify production to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the division.
- Analyse the production data and ensure implementation of improvements delivering production efficiency.
