The Group Talent Management Co-ordinator provides operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Group Talent Management function to enable the effective delivery of talent processes across the organisation. The role ensures consistent execution, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across key talent disciplines, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, graduate and early-career programmes, and talent analytics.

- Talent Management & Development: Coordinate talent management processes, performance management, succession planning, and graduate programme administration.
- HR Systems, Data & Reporting: Manage talent data, reporting, HR/talent systems administration, and ensure accurate documentation control and governance compliance.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, reporting, presentation skills, and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions.
