The role

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across South Africa, Tanzania, and Kenya, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with the BBBEE Program, ensuring compliance and promoting diversity.

Utilize a research-based approach to identify, engage, and attract top talent.

Build strong relationships with candidates, conveying ERM’s vision and growth opportunities.

Leverage data and insights to guide workforce planning and influence hiring decisions.

Produce regular recruitment updates and reports to track progress and inform leadership.

Support operational recruitment projects across the broader EMEA region.
About You

Proven experience in recruiting across South Africa, Tanzania, and Kenya.

Strong understanding of the BBBEE Program and its impact on hiring strategies.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with both candidates and senior leadership.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-evolving business environment.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights to inform hiring decisions.

Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced organization.
