CHN Real Estate Group is one of Melbourne's fastest-growing real estate companies. We are looking for confident, motivated, and resilient people to join our team as Remote Cold Calling & Appointment Setters.
You will be speaking with Australian homeowners and helping our sales team book property appraisal appointments. Full training, scripts, and ongoing coaching will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowners in Australia.
- Follow proven scripts and objection-handling techniques.
- Build rapport and identify potential sellers.
- Book qualified property appraisal appointments for our sales agents.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM.
- Meet daily calling and appointment targets.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Previous cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or call centre experience preferred.
- Confident speaking with new people.
- Strong work ethic and resilience—you are comfortable hearing "no."
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
