To lead the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Lean Portfolio Office training function within Group Technology. The role is responsible for equipping Project Managers (PMs), Technology Product Owners (TPOs), and other stakeholders with the skills, knowledge, governance understanding, and tool proficiency required to effectively execute project and portfolio delivery processes.
The incumbent will manage the training function, oversee training resources, and personally facilitate training programmes across project management methodologies, delivery governance, financial management processes, and supporting technology tools.
