ProStaffSelect are in search of an organised and experienced Sous Chef to assist in running this very busy kitchen and to support the head chef in daily operations
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years experience within busy a la carte restaurant operations
Menu creation, menu costing, stock control and budgeting experience
Staff managemnet, leadership and control
Contemporary & creative cuisine experience is needed with fresh and innovative plating ideas
Effective utilisation of ingredients and innovative menu creation for daily specials
A hands-on operator / strong all rounder
