ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition to help us, our partners and clients find and retain excellent employees as part of their company growth. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and clients. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and the wider business, you will be working multiple accounts and will make sure to maintain a high level of communication and provide a high standard of candidates.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities include:

Manage direct applications et perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Maintain a high level of communication with the team
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist with talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Assist in employee retention and development if needed
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in recruitment agency/RPO or In-house recruitment
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter in particular)
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Multitask and able to work in a fast-paced environment
DESIRABLE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation
- Experience recruiting in a Tech environment
- Hiring for roles internationally
