Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Agent to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position suited to an individual with strong social media and digital marketing skills who is capable of working independently and contributing to the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's online presence, creating engaging content, implementing marketing strategies, and increasing brand awareness across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports on engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the management of online advertising campaigns where required.
- Update and maintain website and marketing content.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Experience creating social media content, including graphics and videos.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in content marketing, email marketing, or search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Previous experience working remotely.
- Experience marketing professional services, legal services, or immigration services would be advantageous.
Pay: R12 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
