Exclusive Essentials seeks a seasoned Senior HR Administrator/Recruiter to oversee comprehensive HR operations and talent acquisition for our premium wellness and essentials brand.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
- Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll administration, compliance with SA labor laws (BCEA, LRA), and employee records in HRIS systems.
- Drive senior-level recruitment: sourcing via LinkedIn/Indeed, interviewing, negotiations, and building talent pipelines for the Gauteng market.
- Lead HR projects like performance KPIs, employee engagement initiatives, and awards programs while handling queries and relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and employee relations matters
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports, audits, and workforce analytics
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR matters
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies
- Create, post, and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other platforms
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee hiring decisions
- Manage offer letters, compensation discussions, and pre-employment processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management; 2-3years in HR admin/recruitment, with 2+ years senior experience.
- Expertise in MS Office, ATS tools, HRIS, and SA employment equity reporting; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and admin efficiency.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
