Indomie is seeking driven, hands-on Sales Supervisors to grow our presence across key FMCG channels in Gauteng, Western Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal.
You will lead field sales activity, strengthen relationships with customers and distributors, and ensure Indomie products are consistently available, visible, and well executed in market.
Key responsibilities
· Supervise and support a team of sales representatives and merchandisers.
· Deliver regional sales targets, distribution growth, and promotional objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, independent stores, and key accounts.
· Monitor stock availability, product rotation, pricing, shelf placement, and merchandising standards.
· Conduct regular trade visits and identify opportunities to improve sales and market coverage.
· Execute promotional campaigns, new product launches, and in-store activations.
· Track competitor activity and provide timely market feedback.
· Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and team performance updates.
· Coach team members, set clear targets, and address performance gaps.
Requirements
· Matric required; a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
· At least 3–5 years’ FMCG sales experience, including team-supervision experience.
· Proven track record of achieving sales and distribution targets.
· Strong knowledge of the retail, wholesale, and informal trade landscape in the relevant province.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
· Sound reporting, planning, and analytical ability.
· Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with sales-reporting systems is advantageous.
