Requirements

Knowledge of Luxury lodge operations- Essential
-
Previous lodge experience in remote areas (Africa)- Highly Beneficial

Basic working knowledge of financial accounting including budgeting process.

Knowledge of Procurement, Logistics, and transportation processes

Computer literate
-
Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Teamwork, and also be autonomous when required.
Description (Summary)
-
Operational Assistance to various directors within the company.
-
Co-ordination of information between the operations in camp and reservations
-
Assistance with booking of flights, developing itineraries and arranging logistics for staff travel
-
Assist the JHB procurement and logistics team
-
Involvement in Capex procurement including budgeting process
-
Internal newsletter creation and distribution twice a month
-
Assistance with Guest complaints and feedback when Guest Relations employee on leave/off

Assistance with ad-hoc projects
-
Assistance with ad-hoc admin tasks
