We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator who will initially focus on general office administration duties and will be developed into an Accounting Administration support role through training.
Minimum requirements include:
- Grade 12 (Matric) Maths core and accounting
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills
- attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- keen interest and willingness to learn accounting functions
- Professionalism, reliability, and honesty
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Accounting Experience Advantageous
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
administrative experience
Exposure to invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll administration, or finance-related duties
Experience using any accounting software
Training opportunities within firm for promising candidates
The role will include general office administration, record keeping, scheduling
