Position Overview: As the Head Barman, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of bar operations, from crafting signature cocktails to ensuring excellent guest service. You will lead and mentor a team of bartenders, ensuring consistent quality and creativity in our beverage offerings. This role is ideal for a seasoned barman with a deep passion for mixology, leadership experience, and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Create and maintain an innovative and appealing cocktail menu, while also staying current with industry trends.

Train, mentor, and supervise bartenders and bar staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.

Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standards, with consistent presentation and quality.

Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Interact with guests, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitor cash handling, transactions, and ensure proper accounting and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal promotions, special events, and exclusive tasting experiences.

Handle any guest concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Barman, Lead Bartender, or in a senior bar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Expertise in mixology, including knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and staff alike.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Certification in bartending, food safety, or mixology is a plus.
