We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Construction Foreman to manage daily construction site operations, supervise teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven construction/site supervision experience
- Ability to read plans and drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of HSE and construction procedures
- Trade qualification or construction experience advantageous
Responsibilities
- Supervise site workers and subcontractors
- Coordinate daily site activities and schedules
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
- Manage materials, equipment, and site resources
- Report progress to management
