RCL FOODS is currently recruiting for x2 QC Monitors (Ambient) who are well organized, energized and have an interest in Quality to join our Baking Division based in Speciality Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively monitoring and maintaining all relevant food safety systems.
On the line monitoring and recording of quality and food safety parameters with reference valid recipes, QAS and internal procedures
Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to traceability requirements
Collaborate with production, supply chain and quality assurance teams to enhance traceability practics
Identify and report any discrepancies or non-compliance issues related to traceability
Monitoring/ verification of measuring equipment
Ensure customer satisfaction and records/documentation in terms of product dispatched to reduce customer complaints
Improvement and review of current QA online and/ or job relate SOP's
Sampling of micro as per defined schedule
Grade 12/Equivalent NQF 4 Qualification
Any Food Safety or Food Science related qualifications would be advantageous
Expected to be literate and Computer literate
Good inter-personal communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
