A hotel based in Cape Town, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager. This role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring top guest satisfaction, and leading a team of 50 to 100 staff members. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, bar, and room service.

Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Develop and implement efficient procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and ensure cost control.

Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery.

Qualifications:
