Main Purpose of position:
We are a marketing company that functions through taxi drivers, so taxi drivers and their taxi ranks register us and then we give them products and services that they will share with their passengers while completing trips, when a passenger in their taxi is interested is the product or service, the passenger leaves his/her number with the taxi driver and we contact them, if they buy then the taxi driver and taxi rank get paid. So you as a Satellite Recruiter will register taxi ranks near you and its taxi drivers under us by first pitching our business to the manager of the taxi rank and then him helping you recruit taxi drivers under the taxi rank to work under us and make money for themselves. For each taxi rank you register under us you will be paid a commission.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Visiting your nearest taxi ranks and pitching to the rank manager.
- Recruiting taxi drivers to join under us for FREE.
Attributes:
- Must be friendly and welcoming to people.
- Must be able to persuade taxi rank managers and taxi drivers to make money for themselves.
- Must be a hard worker.
