Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR and looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Must Haves:
- Experience with Sage Payroll.
- Experience working in the security industry.
Qualifications:
- Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
