Responsibilities:
- Leads and oversees all aspects of the Recruitment Services division, including candidate sourcing, selection, onboarding, and client management.
- Develops and implements strategic initiatives to expand the client base and enhance revenue streams.
- Fosters a high-performance culture within the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to maximise individual and collective potential.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Stays abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Drives operational efficiency and process improvements to streamline workflows and optimise resource allocation.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with broader organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated understanding of Employer on Record (EOR) services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets, effectively manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Sound understanding of South African employment regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in utilising recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
