What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Establish customer requests and expectations, offering efficient and accurate resolution
- Manage multichannel interactions (e.g., voice, email, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients by upselling and recommending client products, services, and solutions
- Process payment information with high security and integrity
Your qualifications
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you have:
- Matric qualification
- A minimum of 2 year’s Customer Service Experience with exposure to sales
- The ability to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment with high call volumes
- Clear communication skills with accurate spelling, grammar, pronunciation skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills while still be engaged with our clients
- Knowledge of phone and key board functions and are generally computer and tech savvy
- Active listening skills and are customer centric focused
- The ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels and from various backgrounds
