Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Process customs documentation accurately to maintain strict legal compliance.
- Track bonded inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Verify incoming cargo against manifests, checking for damage or discrepancies.
- Prepare release paperwork for goods clearing customs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and physical cycle counts.
- Coordinate with customs officials and logistics partners daily.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Matric / NQF Level 4 certificate or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a bonded warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of South African customs and excise regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., SAP, Pastel, or similar).
- High attention to detail and a clean criminal record.
