A reputable company is seeking experienced young vibrant Junior Field Sales Representatives with 5 years of sales experience in pest control, forestry, farming, Agriculture and the golfing industry.
*Residing in the Northern Natal – Newcastle or Southern Natal - Pietermaritzburg area is required.
BASIC FUNCTION & SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate maximum sales.
- Meet sales targets.
- Grow sales.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be productive at all times
- Implement and maintain an aggressive and creative sales process
- Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers
- Ensure that your own technical knowledge is of a high standard
- Ensure that your region sales targets are met at all times and that the business consistently grows in the pest control, forestry, farming, Agriculture and the golfing industry.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven work experience of 5 years as a Field Sales Representative in the Pest control, forestry, farming, Agriculture and golfing industry.
- Must have a valid PCO license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Well, presented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluent in Afrikaans, English
- Must have Grade 12
- Must have own Vehicle with a valid driving license
- Willing to travel
- Positive and energetic
- Self-motivated
- Trustworthy
- Must be detailed oriented and be able to follow detailed instructions in applying pesticide to avoid harm to the client and self
- Must possess good customer service skills and be customer-focused
- Registration as a Pest Control Operator
- Experience within the Environmental Management and Agricultural industries; and
- Relevant Environmental Management and/or Agricultural qualifications.
WORK LOCATION
The place of employment will be in the Northern Natal or Southern Natal - Region and at any region as required and determined by the employer from time to time.
