Requirements:
Qualifications and experience:

Admitted attorney or candidate attorney nearing completion of articles

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards

Provide legal advice on contractual matters and assist with risk assessments

Conduct research on case law, statuses, and legal precedence

Manage a caseload effectively, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support the legal team in various matters as needed
