A small 4* hotel group requires and experienced HOTEL HR manager with the following essential requirements:-
- 3 year degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry
- 4 – 6 years experience in an HR generalist capacity of which 3 years must be in a HR managerial role
- Sound knowledge of legislation relating to the BCEA, LRA, OH&SA, BBBEE, EEA and MGA is critical
- The ability to deal with staff at all levels of the organisation equally
- The ability to be neutral when dealing with any situation between staff and management, having good judgement and ability to be objective
- Confidentiality and integrity must be unquestionable
- Advanced business communication skills enabling verbal and written communication at all levels
